Dawn - Dr. Damelio's Assistant
Dawn has worked as a dental assistant since 1995, and received her specialized New York license as a certified Dental Assistant in 2000. She works directly with Dr. Damelio and is skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of dental assisting.
Dawn was a Director of a dental Assisting School in Rochester, New York, which teaches students the necessary skills for becoming a dental assistant, such as taking X-rays, instruments and products, sterilization, 4-handed dentistry, etc.
Dawn and her husband Matt have one child, Taylor Lynn, who was born January 26th, 2009.
Holly - Office Coordinator
Holly is usually your first contact in the office, whether by phone or in person. She has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fredonia State University and brings with her five years of hotel experience. She has been working with
Dr. Damelio for over eight years and works diligently to make your dental experience a good one. She is also your direct contact for billing and insurance issues.
Holly and her husband are proud parents of a 4 year old daughter named Emma. Holly loves reading, snowmobiling, making beaded jewelry and is on a Volleyball Team with Ontario Recreation.
Jennifer McCoy - Scheduling Coordinator
Jennifer started her journey in the dental field 8 years ago as a dental assistant. As her fondness for dentistry grew, she wanted to learn more than just the intra-oral aspect of the field. She later expanded to the front desk to learn the business aspect of the field. Jennifer will work with you personally to maximize your insurance benefits, while providing you with a pre-treatment estimate based on the information obtained from your insurance company. She has continued to be inspired by dentistry and is currently in the Dental Hygiene Program at Monroe Community College.

Our licensed hygienists are all very qualified and knowledgeable. They stay up to date on the lasted dental procedures such as Arestin (reduces pocket depth) and Oraquix (topical anesthetic), and follow all sterilization procedures.
Kate- Dental Hygienist
Please welcome Kate, our newest hygienist in the practice. Kate graduated from Monroe Community College at the top of her class, receiving a perfect score on her Dental Hygiene boards. She has worked in the dental hygiene field for 10+ years, partially working for a pediatric dentist. She is very well versed in perioscaling and patient care. Please say Hi to Kate, when you see her in the office.
Rhonda
Rhonda returned to us after retiring from her singing career with Nick and the Nice Guys, and having a family. Rhonda previously taught at Monroe Community College in Hygiene and has Orthodontic and pediatric dentistry experience.
Rhonda is very dedicated to her work and makes patients feel comfortable in the chair. Since having children of her own, she knows some tricks for getting kids to relax and shows them the importance of taking care of their teeth. She also knows that everyone has a busy schedule and makes sure she runs on time.
Rhonda works Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, so she can stay home with her three kids, Nicholas, Sydney and Jenna, the rest of the week.
